Our Community Values at CoRe

At CoRe Kids we value diversity and difference.
We recognise, respect and celebrate the diversity of those we work with and for. We honour cultural identities, languages, spiritual beliefs, family structures, genders, sexualities, abilities, Neurodiversity and lived experiences within our CoRe community. Through our actions, we aim to understand the ways that different forms of diversity intersect with each other and differ from our own. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, accepting community where everyone feels safe, respected and empowered.
This also includes our CoRe staff team as we believe the diversity of our team strengthens the care we provide.
Each staff member is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children and families. We kindly ask all parents and carers in return to:
- Interact with CoRe staff with dignity and respect.
- Honour differences in culture, identity and beliefs.
- Model behaviour for children that reflects inclusion and acceptance of differences.
Children learn how to treat and speak to others by watching their important adults.
Thank you for helping us create a community here at CoRe where every child, parent/carer and staff member feels safe, valued, and respected.
Together , lets model the world we want children to grow into.
